Rookie Obstacles

AVALANCHE

Run, reach, and pull yourself onto the top. This one requires a positive mindset and determination. There is always a helping hand to hoist you over the edge!

MAMBA

BALANCE BEAMS

COMMANDO KILLER

Cross to the other side without touching the ground, steel grid, or structural gum poles. A true test of both mind and technique! Feet & legs are only on large rings, straps, and low horizontal gum poles. Hands & arms only on all other attachments. Tip: Take a moment to gather yourself before diving in. This one’s all about strategy!

A 2.5-metre wall to scale up and over, heights included.

Commando Obstacles

TUNNELs

Wiggle in, then use your leg strength to push yourself up to the top. It’s all about core power and control!

HEAVY HOIST

Use the rope to lift the tires until the red section hits the pulley, then carefully lower them without dropping. Strength, control, and focus are key! A little war cry might help with the hoist! At this point, you might as well you everything you go!

LEOPARD CRAWL

Crawl flat on your forearms and knees beneath a low barrier, typically barbed wire or netting, staying as close to the ground as possible, often through mud.

BREAKING POINT

The Beast of the Battleground! The most challenging obstacle in the Warrior Race, known for causing the most Elite disqualifications. Ever-evolving and relentless, it’ll keep you on the edge of your seat. Use your arms, legs, and feet to get to the finish without touching the ground! Don’t forget to ring that bell!
