Rookie is all about fun and camaraderie! It’s the shortest course with the easiest obstacles – no running required. Expect crawling, climbing, and loads of mud, with a mix of fun and challenging obstacles! Although the main focus is on obstacles that are fun, we have thrown in one or two that will challenge you mentally and physically.
