Hospitality package per stand
Each space accommodates 1–20 people and includes the following setup under the marquee tent:
- 12 seating bales
- 3 pallet coffee tables
- 1 pallet counter
- Space dimensions – fenced off with picket fencing: 5m x 8m
Each area will be set up with seating for 20 people. Please book additional spaces to accommodate more people.
Complimentary water and Pepsi will be provided on the day.
Each package includes 20 meal vouchers per space.
The package excludes:
All other drinks, including alcoholic beverages, will be for your own account.
