South Africa’s largest obstacle racing series, the Toyota Warrior Race powered by Reebok, will kick-off in Gauteng
WARRIORS will be presented the same challenge to conquer a set number of obstacles, but with an exciting urban feel! All fitness levels are catered for with three categories on offer – Rookie, Commando and Black Ops.
Those who are interested in some extra high-speed action have the option of entering the popular reebok Sprint Race too. This is a shorter and more compact obstacle course which can be entered individually or as a team.
Little adventurers are especially welcome to join in on the fun! A specifically designed obstacle course will be available for youngsters, as well as a WARRIOR Kids Zone under the supervision of child-minders.

An open air clean-up zone will be available where you can wash off most of the mud. Men’s and Ladies dressing rooms will also be available. Please note that this is a rinse-off zone so please be considerate by not spending too much time under the showers.
Locker Zone: Cost: R30
A secure, managed safekeeping facility will be available to participants on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note that we take absolutely no responsibility for any items or belongings at the event that are not booked into the locker zone. You can leave your keys, wallets, cell phones and tog bags with us for safekeeping. Regrettably, children and grandparents cannot be left with us.
Beer and Food Zone:
Beer garden with music and entertainment. Great variety of food and drink stands to cater for all tastes.
*Please note that no one is allowed to bring own food and drinks into the venue.
The official Warrior gear will be on sale at the Warrior Gear stall. Stock is limited and available on a first come first serve basis.
Safety and Security:
There will be security guards in and around the race village and parking area for general security and safety. Please note that we will NOT be responsible for the security of any personal belongings and items. It will be your own responsibility to look after your personal items or alternatively book it in at our secure locker zone (see above). Also please make sure that you don’t leave any valuables on the seats of your car or at any other clearly visible place in your car. Please hide it away in the boot or under the seats just to make sure you don’t tempt any potential “thieves”.

08h50 – Rookie Elite race start
09h00 – Black-Ops, Commando and Rookie Batches commence in 10min intervals. Reebok Sprint race opens
12h00 – Prize giving
16h00 – Race cut-off. All participants still on course will be escorted back to the venue.
17h00 – Close of race day
