Warriors it’s go time!
This is it, Warriors, your final battle of 2025!
You’ve already proven what it takes this year. Now it’s time to celebrate with a challenge that invites you to step outside your comfort zone, face your fears head-on, and discover that you are stronger and braver than you ever imagined.
Bring the Whole Crew
While Warrior Race is built for adults, it’s a family event at its core. There will be a Warrior Kids Zone at the venue. Spectators are free.

Please note there will be pre-batch loading before moving into your start chute
- 06h00 – Gates & Registration open
- 06h45 – Black-Ops Elite Race Briefing
- 07h00 – Black-Ops Elite Race Start (19+ compulsory obstacle completion)
- 07H05 – Black-Ops Batch Start
- 07h30 – Commando Elite race start (u/16, u/18, 40+, 50+, compulsory obstacle completion)
- 08h00 – Rookie Elite race start (u/12, u/14, 60+, compulsory obstacle completion)
- 08h20 – Commando & Rookie batches start in 10-min intervals
- 11h30 – Prize-giving
- 15h30 – Race cut-off (remaining participants escorted back)
- 17h30 – Close of race day

Registration Info
- You’ll receive a QR code before race day—present it at registration.
- Every Warrior needs a Warrior Chip (R60, once-off). Collect or purchase at registration.
- Bag drop available at no additional cost.
THE NITTY GRITTY
Water Obstacles
There are several water obstacles. If you cannot swim, do not attempt them. Instead, drop and do your burpees!
Parking
Parking is limited. We strongly recommend carpooling with your team.
SPECTATORS
Spectators Welcome
Warrior Race wouldn’t be the same without its crowd! Spectators can cheer from a dedicated viewing route with access to epic obstacles.

Entry is free for spectators.
WHAT TO PACK?
We are expecting some rainy weather, so please bring the following:
- Gumboots for supporters
- Rain Jacket
- Umbrella
- Waterproof camera cover
- Motivational Signs
No cooler boxes, pets, glass bottles, or smoking permitted.

ROOKIE
Fun, short, and muddy! Perfect for first-timers, friends, and colleagues. Obstacles focus on fun, with a few that challenge body and mind.
COMMANDO
For those ready to test endurance, strength, and agility. A notch up from Rookie with greater emphasis on upper-body strength. Still a great team-building category.
BLACK-OPS
The ultimate test. All Rookie & Commando obstacles plus endurance elements like heavy carries and drags. Brutal, bold, and unforgiving.
No excuses. No mercy. No giving up.
Elite athletes
Rules & Protocols:
- Compulsory Obstacle Completion applies to all 3 Elite races.
- Prize categories will be displayed on stage once podiums are finalised.
- Queries must be raised 45 min before prize-giving.
Timing:
- All finishers scan at the stationary scanner.
- Elites with DQ bands scan at both stationary + handheld scanners.
